Material Overview

Boron Nitride is a non-toxic thermal and chemical refractory substance with high electrical resistance that is most usually found in the form of colorless crystals or white powder. It is a sophisticated synthetic ceramic material that is also known as "white graphene" or "inorganic graphite" because it has a hexagonal platy crystal structure similar to graphite but has a far higher oxidation resistance at 900°C.

Boron Nitride has a large heat capacity, excellent thermal conductivity, low dielectric constant, and exceptional dielectric strength.

Boron Nitride is a high-temperature ceramic with a graphite-like structure. Our hot-pressed solid materials offering comprises pure hexagonal Boron Nitride as well as composites appropriate for applications needing strong thermal and electrical isolation.

Boron Nitride is an excellent alternative for prototypes to large quantities requiring its unique features due to its ease of machining and quick availability.
