When the temperature changes, the coil measurement signal is not prone to temperature drift, and there is no need to dismantle the coil components to rewrap coils and re-calibrate the instrument. Thus, it effectively improves the productivity of the exploration process. Also, silicon nitride ceramics have excellent corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and other characteristics. Thus, it can be adapted to the harsh working environment under the sea and underground, which effectively solves the problems arising in the process of geological and energy exploration.

2. Oilfield Suction Sump End with a Single Valve Ball and Seat

3.  Ceramic Bearings


Advantages:

  • As ceramics are not afraid of corrosion, ceramic rolling bearings are suitable for operation in poor conditions covered with corrosive media.

  • Because the density of the ceramic rolling ball is lower than that of steel and the weight is much lighter, the centrifugal effect on the outer ring can be reduced by 40% during rotation. Thus, the service life is greatly extended.

  • Ceramics are less affected by thermal expansion and contraction than steel, thus allowing the bearings to work in environments with more drastic temperature differences when the clearance of the bearings is certain.

  • Since ceramics have a higher elastic modulus than steel, it is not easy to deform when subjected to force. Thus, it is conducive to improving the working speed and achieving higher precision.
