In the traditional geological and energy exploration process, for the exploration equipment of a core component of the coil skeleton body, its insulating substrate is usually used for high-temperature-resistant fiberglass, but its coefficient of thermal expansion is relatively large. When the temperature rises, the signal measured by the coil will undergo serious temperature drift, and when the drift exceeds the permissible range, it is needed to dismantle the coil components to rewind the coil and re-calibrate the instrument, which causes great inconvenience in the exploration process and seriously affects productivity in the exploration process.

First of all, silicon nitride material as an insulator has a lower coefficient of thermal expansion (2.7 × 10-6 / ℃) than the general high-temperature glass fiber reinforced plastic (2.7 × 10-6-7.2 × 10-6 / ℃) material. When the temperature changes, the coil measurement signal is not prone to temperature drift, and there is no need to dismantle the coil components to rewrap coils and re-calibrate the instrument. Thus, it effectively improves the productivity of the exploration process. Also, silicon nitride ceramics have excellent corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and other characteristics. Thus, it can be adapted to the harsh working environment under the sea and underground, which effectively solves the problems arising in the process of geological and energy exploration.

• As ceramics are not afraid of corrosion, ceramic rolling bearings are suitable for operation in poor conditions covered with corrosive media.

• Because the density of the ceramic rolling ball is lower than that of steel and the weight is much lighter, the centrifugal effect on the outer ring can be reduced by 40% during rotation. Thus, the service life is greatly extended.

• Ceramics are less affected by thermal expansion and contraction than steel, thus allowing the bearings to work in environments with more drastic temperature differences when the clearance of the bearings is certain.

• Since ceramics have a higher elastic modulus than steel, it is not easy to deform when subjected to force. Thus, it is conducive to improving the working speed and achieving higher precision.
